The Bradbury

ACTIVE AGE CENTRE

The Bradbury Active Age Centre is Kingston's first Active Age Centre.  It is located in Grange Road, a 10-minute walk from Kingston town centre.  The Active Age Centre offers an exciting range of affordable social, keep-fit, health related and learning activities, all in a welcoming and friendly environment.  It is open to all Kingston residents.
 

Activities

Current and planned:

  • discussion groups
  • art & craft based activities
  • intergenerational group
  • Tai chi & yoga
  • language classes
  • health information & advice
  • book group
  • outings & pub lunches

Our Latest Activities

The Bradbury Centre's cafe serves an appetising range of drinks and snacks, including home-made cakes, and a hot meal is available in the dining area at midday.

 

Volunteering

The Bradbury Active Age Centre offers interesting and stimulating volunteer opportunities.  Training and ongoing support is given to all volunteers.
