Operational and Development Manager

Part of Age Concern Kingston upon Thames’ growing portfolio of activities, The Bradbury is a thriving, purpose-built centre offering a wide range of activities.  We need an experienced manager with energy and determination to promote and develop the centre.  An excellent communicator, with a strong commitment to quality and customer service, as well as to personal development, you will have the opportunity to work with the senior management team and influence the strategic direction of the organisation as a whole.

Salary scale £26,842 - £31,510 plus £1,000 Outer London Weighting for 36 hour week (part time/job share negotiable). Benefits include 25 days annual leave, excluding public holidays, contributory pension scheme, flexible working practices.

Administration & Centre Assistant: The Bradbury

This is a varied, exciting opportunity for someone with great communication skills and strong all-round office experience.  Working as a member of a small team, you will play a key role in both the marketing and day to day running of the centre.  Energetic and numerate, with first class IT skills, a flexible and hands-on approach will be essential in this demanding role.

25-35 hours per week.  Salary scale £17,028 to £21,353 per annum plus £1,000 OLW (based on 36 hour week - hours negotiable).  Benefits include 25 days annual leave plus public holidays, contributory pension scheme, flexible working practices.
