First Contact is the first joint venture between Age Concern Kingston and Age Concern Richmond.

First Contact provides information and advice to people over 60, their families, friends and carers in both Boroughs.

A telephone advice line is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 12 noon. The line is manned by an advisor, who can answer queries, provide information and advice, and signpost to other agencies. Callers from each Borough receive information relevant to their particular area.

We look forward to providing information and advice to older people and will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
