First Contact provides information and advice to people over 60, their families, friends and carers in the Borough of Kingston.

A telephone advice line is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 12 noon. The line is manned by an advisor, who can answer queries, provide information and advice, and signpost to other agencies.  More complex issues can be referred to our own Advice and Advocacy service.

We look forward to providing information and advice to older people and will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
