    Health and Well-being

    At Age Concern Kingston we believe that later life should be a positive and rewarding time. We deliver a range of health and well-being services, through our Centres and through Projects:
         
    • Fit as a Fiddle: a funded by the Big Lottery to help you lose weight and get fit in later life.
    • Podiatry: low cost podiatry service held at Raleigh and Bradbury.
    • Nail cutting: basic nail-cutting service for people who do not require full podiatry service
    • Stay Well: working with GPs to keep people independent, safe and well in their own homes.
    • Daily exercise programme in all Centres, including Tai Chi, Yoga, Chair-obics and a weekly walk starting from Bradbury.
